Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
- Ready-to-ship items are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
- Customized / made-to-order items begin production only after the 50% advance payment is confirmed. Estimated crafting time is 2-3 business days/weeks], communicated at order confirmation.

DELIVERY TIME
- Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-4 business days after dispatch.
- International orders (if applicable) typically arrive within 5-6 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES
- Standard shipping charges 250PKR will be charged on each delivery.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- Ready-to-ship items: full amount collected via COD upon delivery.
- Customized items: remaining 50% balance collected via COD upon delivery, after the advance payment has been made at order confirmation.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link/number via SMS/email/WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.

DELAYS
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier logistics, high demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
